Dirty Bloody Mary
Dirty Vodka gives this brunch classic a savoury, olive-led backbone.
Ingredients
- 45 mlSunchaser Dirty Vodka
- 120 mlTomato juice
- 15 mlFresh lemon juice
- 3 dashesWorcestershire sauce
- 2 dashesHot sauce
- PinchCelery salt and cracked pepper
Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Gently roll the shaker back and forth (don’t shake hard) to chill.
- Strain into an ice-filled highball.
- Garnish with a celery stick and lemon wedge.
