Sunchaser began with two friends who spent years on both sides of the bar, and a shared belief that vodka could be far more interesting than people expect. [Founder names and origin story to be supplied.]
Inspired by long Mediterranean afternoons and made in Australia, Sunchaser is crafted for people who chase better moments — a perfectly cold martini, a long lunch with friends, a conversation that runs late.
Everything we make is distilled with patience and mastery, using small batch copper pot stills.
How it’s made
From grain to glass

We start with Australian wheat for a soft, rounded texture.
Copper pot stills
Distilled slowly, in small batches, with careful cuts to keep only the heart of each run.
Rested & reduced
Brought to bottling strength gently, with no additives in our Pure Vodka.
Pure or Dirty
Bottled clean and crisp as Pure, or taken somewhere savoury as Dirty.
