Ingredients

45 mlSunchaser Pure Vodka
15 mlYuzu juice
10 mlSugar syrup (1:1)
TopSoda water

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add Pure Vodka, yuzu juice and sugar syrup, then stir.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
